October Crisis

An answer to a kink meme, on Hetalia LJ group. Someone wanted something to do with the October Crisis, and wanted a Quebec holding a tied up England as hostage. Or at least, that's how I interpreted it.

Since Quebec doesn't have any official art, other than a randomly inserted chibi, I took the liberty of designing him. Me and friend figured he'd be a cross between France and Canada, and I've always thought the province to act like that misunderstood teenager, so Quebec looks punk-ish in my head.

For anyone who don't know what the October Crisis was, it's when the FLQ stir some trouble in Quebec, and it cause an uproar and all. Go on Wiki, if you want to know more, or read up on Canadian history.
